"But there was so much other cool stuff going on" says Madeline. So this summer one of our favorite family things to do is attend the weekly Concerts on the Square downtown. It is pretty much a massive picnic right at the capital where everyone listens to the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra. Good times.
You would think this would be the main attraction? How can it be? There are so many things for a kittle girl to see...
- the capital
- the trees and flowers
- oh...and THE PEOPLE!
I think Madeline said hello to each and every one of them. She just marched up to their blanket and smiles. And let's face it. No one can resist that smile!
We ended up attending three concerts this year. The second one we joined the Coopers for a great time! Weather was great. And both little ladies had fun munching on crackers and berries as well as throwing the ball around. Of course we couldn't go the evening without introducing ourselves to everyone. After all it's a GROUP experience! Great time this year. Looking forward to next!
