A Late Post Regarding Bathtime

So it's not a secret that we are MONTHS behind on blog updates. There is so much to report but, if I have to choose between painting or writing, let's just say I'd better be watching the painter...

So we had technically just under one full year of horrific baths with the Madster. When I say one year I really mean something like 362 days (but who was counting....?). August 2011 to August 2012. Every Single Day. Screaming, writhing episodes lasting less than 3 minutes if we were lucky enough to suds the scalp on the first attempt. It was awful. Miss Madeline was convinced she was to be sucked down the drain. Really. Seriously.

Thankfully we are back to blissful baths and it is once again hard to get her out! She uses the bubble gun, has started squirting the walls (and me) with the bath animal toys, usually pretends to feed Tiny Tears (doll) and all in the comfort of Hello Kitty Strawberry Bubble Bath. At least it cleans out her toe jam. :)
