Hooray!
Madeline and I (Jon) got to celebrate Melissa's first Mother's day this past Sunday! We are sooo blessed to have Melissa in our lives and she is such a great mother! We can really tell she loves us very much.
Since Jon was working overnights he got home and made breakfast, well, heated up some cinnamon rolls but they were really good. Then Jon made cappuchinno and all three of us enjoyed the great morning. Melissa got to read her paper and hang out with her favorite two people.
Madeline surprised us all by getting a card for Mommy, she has great penmanship and the verbiage was outstanding. Mommy enjoyed it very much as well as the card from Jon. Jon's parents also sent a bouquet of flowers which really light up the room!
Dad and Madeline are soooo thankful for Mommy!
