Whoop whoop! it was time for our (annual) camping trip with the Cooper Family and this weekend was a whirlwind, but did not disappoint!
Our family arrived at Wyalusing State Park around 2:20pm on Saturday, set up camp and were on our way. We spent a fast 18 hours in the park but we packed it in! We hiked the Bluff Trail (and were able to visit Treasure Cave) and hiked the Sand Caves Trail (where we got to visit two more caves!) We estimate our mileage around 5 miles, which meant we definitley deserved our campfire grilled cheese and s'mores. The adventure and fresh air certainly aided a good night sleep for the girls! (Jon and Melissa may have been distracted out of sleep by the way too early morning coyote cries.,.)
Overall we enjoyed a fantastic weekend trip of scenery and great times with friends; especially NEEDED during a late COVID summer.
Thank you Cooper Family!
