We have been eager to start visiting park destinations farther north. The parks, and beautiful fall colors, did not disappoint! We started our 2020 COVID getaway weekend in Copper Falls State Park, and hiked the Doughboy and Red Granite Falls trails. The waterfalls were simply breathtaking. That's all! We picnicked and then also headed to the Black River Harbor in Michigan, where the girls were able to touch Lake Superior, and then we were able to visit another 4 waterfalls. The whole family was thrilled and we came back to our hotel to enjoy dinner and a fame National Park Yahtzee: to his delight, Jon won!
