Incident...

On Monday 8/30/2010 at approximately 853 AM CPT the Federal AirQuality Response Team (FART) responded to an incident at 599 N heatherstone drive...specifically in Madeline T. Meyers pants...it turned out to be a level 1 alert which indicates substance was found near the scene. At 12:53 pm CPT FART again responded to the above named address to find a level 5 situation. Hazmat teams were called into the scene. After further reviews of the incidents neither the chief officer of the area (Jon) or the surrounding community had any pre-cursor to the pending situation. The events were concluded to be "related" and further investigation is pending as to the intel into how these events could be carried out in ABSOLUTE SILENCE.
